Return Process

  Print your shipping label

  Once your return is authorized, check your email for a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

  Pack and ship

  Securely pack your device in its original box and drop it off at the designated carrier location listed on your return label.

  Receive your refund

  After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 14 business days.
